I adored this, and I don't know that I can properly explain how much I did. All the fantastic, poignant, lovely elements you included: the reclusive half-life Severus lived in isolation, Luna's drifting and faith, Harry's loneliness and sorrow -- and the solution to it all, wonderful, how the ravens translated into guardians and the lack of regrets made available in the dream-life/purgatorial potion, all of them going home at long last, how the quilt was *their* quilt, the lop-eared Pidders, Feathers showing up at the close -- beautiful, really wonderful. What a great story. I know I'll read and cherish it again.
