Prompt: #138: After coming out in a Quibbler interview, Harry finds himself escaping random wizards trying to woo or hit on him by becoming a teacher at Hogwarts. Unfortunately, one of the new teachers is determined to have Harry to himself so Harry pretends he's in a relationship with Headmaster Snape who is originally both clueless and flustered by the situation he's found himself in, but soon Severus decides to take advantage of the situation.
Summary: Severus Snape would never help Harry Potter elude an unwanted suitor. Unless, of course, that suitor happens to be the handsome and charming new Muggle Studies instructor Severus despises. But Harry's presumptions infuriate Severus, and his frustration only grows when he realizes he just may want Harry for himself.
A/N: I had great fun working with this prompt, and turning it a bit inside-out and upside-down as I played with the possibilities. I really hope you all enjoy the resulting story! Thanks to my encouraging beta for her enthusiastic reaction and her help hunting down pesky errors.
