The snowman was indeed annoying – and “an utter dunderhead, how could he not know he’d melt in hot weather?” according to Severus – but the theme of sisterhood and family bonds prevailing was lovely. So was the animation, which was good enough to distract from the peculiar ideas about magic.
The only problem was That Song.
The students loved it, including those who’d never seen the original film. Filius arranged it for choir, Xiomara hummed it, even Severus enjoyed it….
