The next (and last) Batman film was dark enough that Minerva decided that the younger students would attend a well regarded animation featuring Batman and several other “superheroes” Minerva had never encountered. This turned out to be a wise choice, since one of the older Muggleborns who was familiar with the film decided it would be amusing to wear a purple jacket, dye his hair green, and pretend to throw grenades at the elves serving snacks.
That was when Severus, in full Batman regalia, arose from the audience, shouted, “Fifty points from Hufflepuff!” and immobilized the boy with a Batarang.
