“Here, hold still.” The mediwitch pressed the arnica-saturated cloth to Eileen's brow and murmured a spell. “Now, tell me again how this happened.”
Eileen glanced toward the waiting room long enough to be certain Severus was still reading and not practicing his spells on the receptionist. “My husband – it's the drink. He doesn't know what he's doing.”
“Blue Ribbon Sobriety Sauce - “
“He's allergic to clabbert juice,” said Eileen. She winced as the arnica solution began to work. “He's a Muggle.”
