“Have you started training him yet?” The matron from the Department of Magical Reversal glanced at the terrified child clinging to his father's legs. “Turning the entire house bright pink normally requires a great deal of skill.”
“No, nothing.” Mrs. Snape shook her head. Her arms were crossed over her chest, right hand slowly working just below her left elbow. “I know the rules, Matron. My Sev has power but he knows better than to cast spells in front of Muggles.”
The matron nodded to her colleague. “An accident, Jemmy. Nothing more.”
He shrugged. “It happens.”
