Note: this is yet another Motherless Child drabble, wherein Snape and Lupin marry and adopt a young werewolf. Their son John is about 14 in this one.
“You know, Facebook isn't all bad.” Gemma handed Severus a drink without being asked. The party was in full swing, and most of the younger guests were outside gossiping and eating and shrieking gleefully at each other while the adults caught up. “I'm amazed you and Remus haven't tried it.”
“He might have.” Severus was all but certain Remus had done just that but hadn't dared ask. “I don't have time. Headmistress is talking about retirement and I'm next in line, but there's at least one other candidate.”
“Social media could help with building support,” said Gemma.
