Challenge: Ottery St. Catchpole

Note: this is yet another Motherless Child ficlet. This one is set about a year before Snape and Lupin marry and adopt their son.
St. Catchpole's was small and plain – certainly not what the press would have expected for “The Wedding of the Century!!!!” - but Nymphadora was more than sufficient to set the protective wards that would keep gawkers away. By the time Ginny, trailed by her young nieces, walked down the aisle, most of the curious had simply given up and retired to the local pub.
“Potter seems rather too pale for the occasion,” Severus murmured. “Is he well?”
“Ambivalent,” Remus replied. He visibly forced his legs to stop jiggling. “Damn moon.”
Severus gave his hand a squeeze. “Agreed.”
