Potter looked disappointed, then sighed. “I suppose it was part and parcel of thinking you were a vampire. Vampire bats, you know.”
“Which are South American, not European, regardless of what the film industry would have one believe.” The door into the kitchen opened and a wonderful smell of cooking chocolate wafted out into the room. Perhaps the chocolate lava thing would be acceptable after all.
“Have you ever tried to become an animagus?” Potter tapped his fingers against the bar. “I tried for years but never quite got it.”
“I never had the time,” Severus replied.
