I am writing to complain about the behavior of your alleged Potions Master toward my grandson. You are well aware of Neville's history and his struggle to take his place in our world, and I am appalled that you would employ someone who would do his best to thwart Neville's efforts.
I may no longer sit on the Board of Governors, but I still have a certain amount of influence. Neither your nor “Professor” Snape wish me to bring this to my former colleagues' attention, I daresay.
