“Celebrating the holidays at Lucius Malfoy's annual brawl.” Severus gave Moody a withering glare. Was the man losing his hearing, or only his mind? “I told you that at the meeting two hours ago.”
“So you say,” snarled Moody. His eye rotated fast enough that Severus' eye socket ached in sympathy. “I note that you aren't there.”
“I was there for the brunch,” said Severus.
