Severus bared his teeth at the latest evidence that Peeves was an unmannered barbarian who made the Visigoths look effete. He had been proctoring an exam when the poltergeit arrived, and now the students were starting to look up at his hair. Some were even stifling chuckles, at least until Severus stared them down.
The man who never takes a bath,
The students flee his greasy wrath....
More giggles, punctuated by the occasional snort.
The one whose nose could cut -
Severus drew his wand and fired. Enough was enough.
