Please be advised that your proposed outline is more than adequate. I am particularly pleased that you have chosen to tackle the difficult subject of the German theft of the Triwizard Cup from Durmstrang in 1942 and its attempted cooption by Muggle political fanatics. This is an undeservedly forgotten incident from our history and I am most gratified to see your interest.
