Argus Filch waited for Mr. Miniver to jump to his shoulder before accepting the folded parchment. “Never seen it before. Where did you find it?”
“Near the Gryffindor table, sir.” Young Mr. Snape stood with his hands behind his back, respectful as you please, and Argus for the life of him couldn’t see why he was always in trouble. “Sirius Black and his mates were whispering over it.”
“Those four? Bad news, they are,” said Argus, shaking his head. “Bad news.”
