The Gryffindors snickered when Severus arrived for class the next day, at least until several of their number arrived for class wearing their hats jammed down to cover their suspiciously verdant curls. By contrast, the Ravenclaws seemed positively delighted by the charm and started attempting to recreate it. The Hufflepuffs seemed to take it all in stride, while the Slytherins varied between horror at the loss of prestige and glee at seeing Pansy Parkinson taken down a peg.
Evidently many, many people had chosen to buy Omnioculars at the quidditch match, up to and including the Minister of Magic himself….
