"Thank you, no." Severus refrained from curling his lip at the sickening treats. He had enough dental problems as it was. "You wished to see me?"
"Indeed." The Headmaster popped a sweetmeat in his mouth and chewed. A few fragments ended up in his beard, as usual. "Your House is due to celebrate a most significant anniversary."
"I was not aware of any such event. Surely the portraits would - "
"It's the 400th anniversary of the Donation of the Relics!"
