"Green robes, Severus?" said Filius. He was resplendent in blue and bronze, from the crown of his hat to the tips of his boots. "I thought you were refereeing."

"I was planning to, but one of the Governors has requested my presence. Since I'm not allowed a Time Turner, I had no choice." Severus glared at his lunch. His robes, of smooth green wool suiting with snakes worked in silver bullion on the sleeves, the neckline, and on the hem, made him look exotic rather than sallow.

"Well, you certainly look wonderful!" said Filius cheerfully. "See you at the game!"
