Dear Mr. Boyens:

I am in receipt of your letter concerning the estate of Albus Dumbledore. I have no doubt that the the silly old bugger Headmaster did indeed leave me such a ridiculous legacy a sheep station. I live in Scotland and have no interest in moving to New Zealand.

I would therefore request that you sell the sheep station as quickly as possible and send the proceeds to me care of Gringott's, London branch.
