i'm hoping to bring him into ~rattlesnake. he's a blank slate, still working on him. what i do have on him is he was born and raised in south korea for half of his life, after the passing of his mother, he was raised by his uncle and auntie who lived in las vegas. he's been living there since he was fifteen years old. he's twenty-seven and his name is roe jiwon, most people call him by his name last name. still trying to figure out his occupation as well, i cannot answer what he does for a living right now, sorry about that. i would like to work out anything or fill in anything if possible? just give me everything and anything.

This is Arthur.
Arthur works in IT, and in his spare time sews clothes from the English regency era to about the 1910s. He wears them. Exclusively. It's just part of who he is, at this point, like his version of gothic lolita but for dandies.
And that kind of encapsulates him as a person - he's of two worlds in many ways, technology and history, entirely versatile in bed, from England but adopted by American parents. He is also one of the most 'gives zero fucks what you think' people the world has ever seen because honestly, he'd have to be.
He's brand new at the ranch (though not to Vegas, he's been around doing IT at a casino for a couple of years), so feel free to have your character notice him. He tries to get most of his work done before things open just because it's harder to work on these things while they're in use, but he'll be around during operating hours as well on occasion.
Anything at all for him will be fantastic!
