name: Ellen age: 20 location: Massachusetts current weight: 155-160 goal weight: 125-130 how i am going to achieve this: eating healthy. I've cut out soda for about 2 years now. there is also a brand shiny new gym at my school that is so much fun to use, so i'll be down there around 4 times a week when I get back there! I'm trying to not look at this as a diet, but a way to change my lifestyle to a more healthier one. diets tried in the past: nothing really. i've learned pretty quickly that fad diets don't do anything. any tips?: just be conscious of what you are eating and how much you are eating. also, along with this asylum, you should join sparkpeople. it's a really simple way to keep track of what you are eating daily. looking for weight loss buddies / support? if so contact information: add me on this journal, or add me on sparkpeople @ ellenelle =]
