Kate could hear her little neice splashing in the bathroom from the kitchen of her large loft. She chuckled and shook her head, wondering what designer outfit of dear neice Amber's collection the little girl would destroy today. Amber and Alyssa were her sister's kids, and she loved them dearly...which was exactly why she had to get them away from their bastard stepfather. Alyssa had a daughter, Bailey, who was four.
