At last, a benefit to not playing on the opening weekend of the season: Alicia could go out and have fun on Friday night without worrying about a match tomorrow. So, since the other girls were all going to the toga party, of course Alicia was going, as well. She fashioned a white-and-green striped sheet into a one-shouldered toga that ended just below her knees, applying a few strategic sticking charms to keep it in place.
Once she was at the party, she'd grabbed a beer and started socialising, with people she knew as well as people she didn't. Hey -- what was the point of a party, after all, if not to meet new people? But still, when she turned to head back over to the "bar" and get another beer, she smiled brightly when she saw George and headed his way instead. "Having fun?" she asked.
