Who: Jack and Kevin, with cameos by Andrew and Jill What: Consolation after the Wasps' loss Where: Jack's flat When: Saturday night - backdated to after the games Rating: R/NC-17, NWS Status: Incomplete
Kevin rather enjoyed the days when Kenmare didn't play, if only because he got to actually watch games. Though it wasn't something he was ordered to do, he considered it part of his job to attend matches and watch the competition when he had a game day off. Of course, everyone wanted to watch the Wasps, but he'd opted for the Cannons game that morning instead, and only learned about the Wasps resounding defeat after he'd left the stands from watching the Cannons squashed.
He thought about Jack before anything else, even before he'd mentally figured the shifts in the standings from the unexpected (and rather large) point margin. About two hours later he was at the door of Jack's flat - wondering if it wasn't the stupidest thing in the world for him to be there. For one, Jack likely wasn't there. Out drinking with Kirke, or something, more likely. Also, Jack had seemed a little reluctant for Kevin to see his flat, really. But Kevin knocked anyway. If Jack didn't want him there, he could tell him to go.
