"Yes, it's risky," she looked at Hermione, nodding to show she understood where Hermione was coming from. "And if the Carrows had not already started targeting students, hurting them badly, for no reason other than their birth, then I would not be in favour. However, the fact is they are hurting people and they are not going to stop, and a lot of kids are scared. They need some reassurance, something tangible to show them that there are people who care. Historically, words in public places have been a common way to help spread information and boost morale, whether it's painted on a wall or in a pamphlet. If we are going to be an 'army', if we are going to resist then we have to be prepared to take risks, even if it means we get hurt."
