After talking with Kirk over the comms, Spock shut down the computer, which thankfully he knew how to use and walked out of his room and grabbed the set of keys that he had left on the table near the door. Of course this was not the Enterprise where doors opened automatically so the Vulcan found himself staring at the door for a moment before realizing that he had to open it himself. He had been on Earth before, but this Earth was new to him and it was obvious by the look on his face as he walked down the hallway. He would be lying if he had said he missed the Enterprise, but he did. After all the drama that went down before and after Khan, the alien man was more or less more subdued than normal. Granted he suffered through some human emotion and being stuck in a place he didn't know did not help any. He was sort of glad he had Kirk with him since while the captain drove him crazy, he was first and formost his greatest friend and he hoped the two of them could figure out how to get back to the Enterprise. If it had not blown up yet.
Shaking the thoughts out of his head he gazed at the elevator before deciding to take the stairs. He figured it would be better for him and given to the rumors of a really slow elevator he didn't want to take his chances. Going down the stairs and then remembering to open the door to the lobby, Spock gazed around curiously. The people that walked in and out of the building fascinated him since they dressed and acted differently than he did. Though he ignored the curious looks his way, he took this moment to look around after seeing no signs of Kirk and leaned against one of the tables and picked up a brouchure about Vegas and looked through it as he waited for his friend to show up. He knew that going to a bar was a bad idea, and could only imagine what the night was going to bring.
