Well, Cloud didn't see why she was complaining. If you wanted something that wasn't there, you make do with whatever else was available, right? Or you just walked away and tried elsewhere or something. He kept these thoughts to himself as he searched the shelf for the next random thing to pop in his head: some yogurts, only to find that they couldn't be found anywhere in the shelf.
They were sitting happily by the ice cream section where the disappointed lady was standing.
Cloud pondered this for a second. Oh, how awkward, he was probably the only one who'd heard her and now he was going to have to stand next to her minding his own business. How odd. And mostly awkward, but.
He moved closer to her, right where the ice cream section had ended and began to choose a yogurt packaging that looked nice and friendly. After a second, he said, "You could look elsewhere," and actually made the effort to glance at the lady. Because really, it would be rude if he didn't say something. And awkward.
But he had probably just made things even more awkward now...
