[If he knew where to find Kate's devil spawn, the kid would be dead by now. The fact that he's being protected for some reason grates at his nerves more than anyone on the outside could understand so he won't talk to them about it. He missed his friends more than anything, but it's easier when they're not around in so many ways, he's not sure that reaching out from his seclusion is better for anyone. It feels like he's lying every time he sees them anyway because they don't know where he came from, they don't know what he's done, and they don't know how numb he is to all of it by now.
He ties up his sneakers and heads out of the house. He was on the run for so long back home, he only ever feels like himself when his legs are moving. He doesn't slow down until he's long gone from the safety zone where he catches a familiar scent. He moves forward at a cautious walk. The chemosignals he's picking up are gut wrenching. His voice is quiet as he walks through the abandoned carnival to his friend.]

The message about being her being married and something about a plan she made with Stiles. Her Stiles. The one who mentioned absolutely nothing to her about having a plan to catch Kol. Or about including Dahlia. Or Edwin.
Her face is red and she is furious with him.
With tablet still in hand, she slams the door behind her as she walks straight up to Stiles.]
