Characters: Cassius Vaisey, Caradoc Dearborn [Open to DE's and Order] Date: August 29th, 1999 - evening Location: Abandoned warehouse, London Rating: Whatever it is, it'll be high. Summary: Caradoc comes to meet with Cassius at his request. Chaos is about to ensue. Status: Incomplete
After a lot of deliberation, both with himself and with the members of the Order Caradoc trusted, he had agreed to meet Cassius. Caradoc had been forced to explain why Cassius knew him in the first place, and the run in at Hestia's flat, and how Cassius had sworn secrecy. To have him contact him for a meeting meant something was very wrong, or something was very amiss. Either way, it left Caradoc feeling uneasy, and himself and a few of this comrades agreed a meeting to figure out what was going on with Cassius was a good idea.
Caradoc went to the warehouse alone, though he knew James, Remus and some of the others were not far behind. He wanted to see what Cassius had to say before the calvary came charging in, and Caradoc was confident enough in his abilities to be sure he could take Cassius on alone in a fight. He was trying to give the young man the benefit of the doubt, and hoped this suspicious meeting was some how a friendly call. Caradoc knew though that it most likely wasn't.
He stood in the center of a large, open room, dust covering nearly every surface with broken crates, shattered flass and shreds of machinery everywhere. It was obviously a place people squatted at some point, not far up from the Thames. At this point, it was empty save for Doc. He didn't like the openness of the place, left too much area for him to try and cover, so he picked a wall to lean against where he could see the only two entrances and waited patiently for Cass. He tied to take in every detail of his surroundings, any possible eit or entrance, holes in the rafters, making sure that if things got really bad he knew which way to go.
