idiot supervisor My supervisor at work listens to Christian music. At work. She acts surprised that I don't like it. She is also extremely thick headed and just an idiot in general. She didn't vote for Obama because she doesn't support gay folks getting married. Her sole skill in life is being impossible to work with. She either treats me like a 5 year old, or as if I'm a jerk for resenting the fact that she treats me like a 5 year old. Her boss is easy to get along with and understands the problem very well. I get strong hints from the entire staff of the organization that they know she's an idiot and extremely annoying to work with. Any suggestions? |

they're always taken The woman who lives in my apartment building that I had been having a crush on I saw her yesterday holding hands with a man and other such poppycock. She was always particularly friendly towards me, I guess that's only because I'm the superintendent of the building. I guess some of the tenants somehow know who I am even if they only moved here within the last couple months. But she has this man friend. What should I do about the situation? |

personal ad advice for my muscular body It has been suggested that I put some thing in my personal ad showing that I have a muscular body. This is how I responded, and I'm looking for as many opinions as I can get. Thanks. "Shit, maybe I really do need to talk about my job situation a little more, and have a photo of me ripping my sweat-drenched shirt off. It's not glamorous in financial sense, but I've been doing things like moving furniture, working on a tree farm, shoveling snow and carrying 50 pound bags of salt up and down sidewalks in the winter. Any suggestions on how I should word it?" |

A woman, in my apartment?? I have a woman friend who I'm interested in making into more than a friend. She's nerdy enough to live up to my high standards but I don't think she's as familiar with Star Trek as she could be. So I'm planning to use this as an excuse to have her watch a Star Trek movie in my apartment. Problem is my apartment is small and I don't know how to locate the t.v. in any place that can be viewed from somewhere other than my bed. What do you suggest? |
