Re: Landon & Sera
Was that what they were doing? Making new friends? He wasn't sure, but Landon wasn't inclined to think so. Come Monday, Sera D'Onofrio would walk right by him like he didn't exist, like every other day of the school year. Honestly, all her giggling was making him nervous, mostly because he didn't know how to react or respond. Landon knew he wasn't exactly smooth with girls, let alone girls like Sera. Jules Cooper had said hi to him in the empty halls once, when she was walking to the girls bathroom and he was getting something from his locker. Landon acutely remembered responding with some kind of noise that sounded like a constipated toad.
Landon went to take a drink from his cup again, only remembering she had taken a drink from it earlier after he'd taken a couple gulps. Oh well, it was probably fine. Sera probably didn't harbor a lot of infectious diseases or anything. "I don't know what's scarier about that," Landon said with a quirk of his lips. "Rumors and innuendo, fights, or fooling around. There's not a lot of dark corners in this house." He paused and licked his lips of the beer taste. "What's your favorite thing to do at parties?"
