Greg & Phee
Greg hadn't felt this kind of elated rush of joy since he was a kid. Sure he had fun doing a lot of things but this pervasive feeling of wanting to go again and again and again and again with no sign of tiring was like nothing he remembered as an adult. It reminded him of playground slides and of his big brother hoisting him up in the air in ways that made their mother wince in worry. Again! He was flying through the air more often than he could count, barely in the pool before he was climbing back out to run back to the roof. More people joined and that was awesome but it still felt like it was his and he was just glad he didn't have to wait too long for his turn once Jasper and Jules joined in. Eventually the only thing that did slow him down was thirst and he took one last plunge, 'woo'ing loudly before cannonballing into the water. It was the first time he really looked around, not as preoccupied with 'flying' as he'd been and holy shit the pool was magical. Literally. There was a fountain and by now there were some huge flowers floating around among the naked teenaged bodies. It should have worried him, like on Halloween when Phee kept letting her vines grow, but Greg didn't feel overly cautious tonight, quite the opposite. He laughed as he grabbed a floating flower, then spun around to see if he could spot his girl.
Phee was fairly easily spotted, draped on a sun lounger in the short tight dress she’d ‘borrowed’ from Jules, the flowers blooming lush behind her in something like a throne. She felt fantastic, not at all worried about the magic she was showing off or the backlash she might get later because of it. Everyone here needed to see what a witch queen she was, and that felt completely natural. She’d been having a good time, smoking what was handed to her and drinking a little, but mostly high on the power trip she was on. It had been endlessly entertaining to watch Greg jump off the deck roof into the pool over and over again, in between people coming up to talk to her here and there, and she was looking at him when he looked around. Phee gave him a bright smile and lifted a hand with wiggling, beckoning fingers. She wanted him with her, at least for a moment.
