Theo rolled onto his stomach and grabbed his pillow to stuff beneath his head as he watched Sebastian get dressed. He could only hum again in agreement. He kind of had the feeling if he was out he would probably still hit on straight guys. It sounded fun and he was probably arrogant enough to believe he could coax a straight guy into making out with him. But, no, not here in Point Pleasant. It was too damn small a town and his mom would kill him. Maybe. He was the reason their bank account was so comfortable, after all, so maybe she wouldn't kill him. But she'd break something. "I don't mind lying," he said simply. Then he realized he should probably do the decent thing and walk Sebastian to the door so he rolled over to slip off the bed and find his boxer briefs to pull on. "But hey, now you know another cock sucker in town, so your options are growing, yeah?"
Sebastian had hated the lying, but he’d also been pretending to be something he wasn’t, all while missing out on what he really wanted. He always thought life would be easier if he was bisexual, but he knew it would only be easy until he met a guy he wanted to date and then he’d run into the same sort of issues. For all the trouble it had caused him, it felt good not to hide it anymore, but if Theo was happy with his situation, then he saw no real reason to rock the boat. It wasn’t like Theo wanted to ask him on a date. “Always good to have options,” he laughed softly as he stood to pull on his shirt. He only half bothered with the buttons, assuming he’d take it right back off as soon as he got home. “You got my number, right?”
Being bisexual didn't always make things easier for Theo, mostly because he didn't feel comfortable exposing that side of himself to people in Point Pleasant. Most people in Point Pleasant. He'd been able to handle it at college, because no one fucking knew who he was at college. No one knew his mom was the mayor of a tiny ass town with a police department of like, six people. And then he'd fucked it up and now he was back and having to bottle himself up all over again. Theo didn't bother with a shirt but smiled as he stretched and waited for Sebastian to finish with the rest of his clothes. "I got your number," he confirmed, resting his hands on his hips. "And I know where you live too, believe it or not. Though I'm guessing if you want to... hang out again, we should probably stick to my house."
“Probably,” Sebastian agreed. “There’s always someone home in my house.” While they could probably exchange blowjobs without anyone knowing, he wasn’t going to let Theo fuck him if there was even a chance someone might be home. His relationship with his parents was too volatile and he just wouldn’t do that to Phee. Besides, he wasn’t all that keen on anyone knowing he was casually hooking up with people. He wasn’t ashamed of it, it was just for fun, but he also didn’t want to justify his actions to anyone. It wasn’t entirely what he wanted, but it was what he could get and he felt like he could be satisfied with that for the time being. Maybe someday the hot guys he fucked around with would be interested in actually dating him, but so long as he was in Point Pleasant he wasn’t going to hold his breath. “Luckily, I’m just down the street,” he said, clothes finally in place and ready to head for the door. “Makes it easy to drop by.”
Theo followed Sebastian to walk with him downstairs. His mind wasn't exactly on dating at the moment, given the hazy afterglow of sex and the weed and alcohol still lingering in his body. But he realized in a vague sort of way that he had someone in town who he could be himself around, at least sexually. All of the other stuff was far more dramatic and probably terrifying for people who wouldn't be able to understand it. Normal relationships were too difficult for Theo, not because he wasn't interested or emotionally guarded or anything like that, but because he had no real control over what his mind and body decided to do from time to time. Finding someone he could care about and trust with every part of himself sounded like a monumental task. An exhausting one. Theo wasn't entirely sure he was even worth it.
