Cinder nodded slightly, but didn't press the issue. A cool town ... if he thought so, he was either more oblivious than most humans or more aware of it - and siding with it. Or perhaps she was being cynical. Misguided. It was hard, alone. With no one to bounce things off of. No one to educate her, to show her the broader scope of things.
"I'm sure I'll find something before then," she said with a soft smile. "Have a good night," she added. She lifted one hand in a slight wave before she took a few steps back. Gazing up and down the sidewalk, she sighed faintly before she started off in the direction she'd been heading. The town at this point was likely to be nearly deserted but ... no matter. She'd explore, see what the dark hours held in this part of town, and make her way to her temporary home until night fell again.
