Nodding his head agreeingly, Emerson replaced the coffee pot. The day was still young and he won't be going home until very late in the evening. That as something that he knew without even glancing at the clock. It was based on his work too.
Emerson smiled to himself a bit, thinking of how much Teddy reminded him of himself. The thought of being a father for the first time was nothing less then excited. More even. He was the same way with the second child as well. Listening to the rest of the younger male's words, he couldn't help but pause just slightly. Did he honestly hear correctly. Maternity leave? "Teddy? Is there something you're not telling everyone?" he asked with a soft laugh. The image of Teddy with a large gut and carrying a baby within it came into the male's mind. "Men don't get maternity leave, my friend. If you want it that badly though, ask for a vacation," he suggested the thing less likely that Harry Potter would give the kid a weird look for.
