Aras was a bit taken back by the way that the female had decided to speak towards him, but brushed it off easily. There had been plenty of people in his line of work that snapped at him for one thing or another, so it didn't really bother him. He maybe extremely nice, but that didn't mean that he let people walk all over him. After all, he was an Auror. They needed a certain kind of personality in order to truly succeed.
"You're in the department that deals with things kind of things," he said letting out a soft laugh. It was by no means mocking or released in any negative way. Aras just wondered what exactly did he say that made her snap at him. Maybe rough day, even though it was the beginning of it. "What's your problem?" he asked honsetly with a tilt of his head. He wasn't really the one to start an agruement. He was the one to resolve it, well most of the time.
Aras's mind ran through people that he had met previously. Had he met the female through someone else, or had it been at school. They looked about the same age, but in his line of work, he learned that looks can be deseving. "Quidditch," he said simply, almost like the word remembered who she was. How could he forget? They did have some sort of history at Hogwarts. "Kalli Lestrange," he continued, leaning against her desk, laughing a little. "You've changed a little bit, but not your personality."
