Mac has provided a private room, in which those involved in this little conspiracy covertly gather to discuss the unwise course of action that involves attempted assassination of the public face of a vampire coven. Una should never be seen in this sort of place, Cassius would rather not be, Mac is undoubtedly in agreement on that last, and Peter and Robert might be in over their heads.
