Summary: Severus stepped back, his eyes were dilated and his lips swollen from surprisingly loving kisses. He held out an elegant hand as he spoke. "If you genuinely mean this absurd proposal, take my hand and rest assured that I shall never let you go."
A/N: This painting took several days. Most of the time was spent in waiting for the paint to dry between layers. Watercolour is built up slowly, one wash at a time. The paints used were by St. Petersburg, they are light fast. The paper was supposed to be pre-stretched, but it did in fact warp slightly which made taking a photograph of it difficult. The original size of the painting is 15" x 22" I had to work on the painting sideways because my easel board was not big enough to fit it. The second photo shows the portrait sketched out and waiting to be painted on the board.
