Re: Well, obviously I can't get my prompts straight, but... Horcrux!Snupin
Notes: Someone asked for horcrux!Snupin. Well, I couldn’t work the horcrux into the story the way I wanted, so I turned it into a mere curse.

Severus gripped the lean hips under him and doggedly kept going, pounding into the tight heat that was like a drug. He gritted his teeth, and kept reminding himself that it was just to do a job, it didn’t mean anything, it was just this one time, it was just temporary. After all, who would want him, greasy git that he was. But for now he got the one thing he wanted more than anything; he got his wolf.
~~~~~
Remus growled, and felt like howling: the hard heat pounding into him was driving him wild. For years, decades even, he’d wanted the other man, and now he had him right where he wanted him. The only thing now was to keep him there, between his thighs and deep within him. There had to be a way to keep Severus by his side after this was all done; he wouldn’t concede the possibility of failure, not now.
~~~~~
Severus rolled onto his back, and tried to catch his breath. “I’m surprised you came to me,” he said finally.
Remus pushed himself over to look at the other man, and any words he’d been about to say caught in his throat at the sight of such saturnine debauchery. He coughed to clear his throat. “There was no one else I trusted,” he said simply.
“Nonsense,” Severus bit out. “I’m sure you have any number of … well…”
“Werewolf,” Remus shrugged. “No one wants to shake my hand, what odds do you give me of finding someone to have sex with?”
Severus snorted. “Which of course makes such a curse an excellent weapon against you.” He glanced at the werewolf again. “No one else?”
Remus sighed. “Well, there were the children, I suppose, but, well…”
“They’re children?” Severus smirked. “Yes, if I were going to have sex, I suppose I would choose someone I could have a conversation with afterwards. Which might explain the state of my sex life,” he mused, frowning.
“They’re all scared of you,” Remus chuckled. “They can’t see –”
“Yes?” Severus growled, and Remus sighed at the blank look that came over the other man’s face.
“You don’t need to hide from me,” Remus whispered. “I…” He took a breath, and decided to risk it. “I always wanted you,” he blurted.
Severus stiffened then rolled onto his back. Remus closed his eyes in defeat, and copied the gesture, knowing all his chances had just flown out the window.
“You always intrigued me,” Severus said suddenly. “There was always something about you that caught my eye, made me curious. I always felt the Dog’s greatest gift was the way he stood by you, and his greatest sin was to use you as a tool in one of his pranks. I almost forgave Potter everything for saving you from that,” he added, risking a glance at Remus.
Remus opened his mouth, but couldn’t find words to fill it.
“Why do you think I tried so hard to create that potion?” Severus asked softly.
“For me?” Remus asked tentatively.
“Foolish wolf,” Severus snorted, and rolled to face said wolf. He propped his head on his hand, and pierced the other man with a look. “Was there a curse?” he demanded suddenly.
“Well … yes,” Remus admitted, feeling a blush heat his ears.
“And?” Severus demanded.
“It might not have been as severe as I implied?” Remus offered in a whisper.
Severus moved swiftly to lie upon the other man, pushing his thighs apart to slide between them. “You lied to me,” he accused in a low voice. “I don’t appreciate that, my wolf.”
Remus’ heart leapt at the possessive tone. He grinned. “I suppose you feel the need to punish me?” he suggested.
“Oh, very much,” Severus growled, leaning down to nip at Remus’ neck. “You’re going to be paying for your crimes for a very long time.
Remus gasped, and arched up against the body lying on top of him. “Oh dear,” he murmured, “such suffering.”
Severus ran his long fingers into Remus’ hair, and smirked. “You have no idea,” he muttered, and took Remus’ mouth in a long, hard kiss.
Some things one just had to suffer, Remus decided. It was one’s lot in life, and that was all there was to it. Shame, that.
