The Sublime and the Ridiculous
“What about getting rid of crow’s feet?” Lucius lifted his chin, tilting his head from side to side and touching a finger gently to the corner of one eye. “That should be possible.”
Severus exhaled with a sigh, which Lucius might have taken for compassion if not for the grinding of teeth that chased the breath out of his mouth. In reality, both were the antithesis to compassion; they were borne out of pure exasperation. This was not how he’d planned to spend his evening, with Lucius rattling on and on, bent on experimenting with Severus’ intellect. Nevertheless, he dutifully tackled the latest idea.
Of course removing the odd wrinkle or two was possible, only it needed a visit to Japan, almost a thousand Galleon’s worth of ingredients and a fortnight spent in his lab. Not an option, so he again shook his head. “No. Not a permanent solution, anyway.”
Lucius shuffled a bit in his chair and frowned in concentration. However, before Severus could remark that frowning was likely to make the distance from his youth greater – which was why Lucius was currently and busily trying Severus’ patience – Lucius pitched forwards with another idea. “Could you make one that made my bottom firmer?”
Severus stared blankly at his lover and said, “No, there isn’t a potion for that, either.” Well, that wasn’t actually true, but as it would involve a trip to Australia, then one to Iceland, plus five hundred Galleons, it was as good as truth. And really, did Severus want to shut himself away, brewing for five nights solid? “Definitely not possible,” he added emphatically.
This time Lucius sank into the soft cushions in defeat, his bottom lip trembling on a pout. All plans to soften his middle age with potions coming to nought was not what he had expected, Severus knew. But as he also knew Lucius couldn’t spell ‘defeat’, he awaited the next ludicrous idea.
Sure enough, not a minute later Lucius again sat up, bestowing a greedy, gleaming smile on Severus, his eyes sparkling. Oh, this notion would be good, Severus could tell; it almost had flesh on it.
Flesh and blood, as it turned out.
“Could you give me two cocks?” Lucius, usually the epitome of maturity, said. “Two big cocks.”
Stunned for a moment, Severus was unable to calculate what would be involved, too mesmerised by the thought of two cocks, side-by-side, pushing into his arse. With a shake of his head, he shoved the surprisingly well-structured vision into a trunk in his mind and slammed the lid down. That done, he was able to bend his mind to the question.
For something like that, a thousand Galleons could be lost just in preparation, plus the travel costs to Japan, Australia, Iceland and Timbuktu, then all the time needed in the lab – a month at least ... it was too formidable a task to be thought of.
The lid of the trunk creaked.
“This way,” Severus called over his shoulder, already on his way to his workroom.
The End
