Doing this very quickly because it's late but if I don't post it now, I'll probably forget to. As is my way. And hi, it's Kat :D
Carwyn Bennett is a vampire who's been with the Boston Krovi Seethe for about six years and originally hails from Wales. He was a medical student and soldier in WW1 who got bit in France and then ended up travelling through Europe and to the States with his maker. Currently he works the night shift at a hospital morgue and he lives in the Seethe house because it's not like his job is very well paid :/ Plus he likes the company! Carwyn is friendly, fun and incredibly loyal to the Seethe. He also has a habit of looking after the bb vampires or anyone new to the Seethe, so he can usually be found showing them the ropes or answering all those embarrassing questions. He rarely kills humans unless told to and instead tends to compel them since he's particularly good at that. And yes, he does have a habit of snacking on the young, drunk and reckless or anyone living who takes a trip to the morgue. Convenience food. Hello! I'm Amy, and I've been in games with quite a few of you before, going by the number of SN's I recognized on the contact page. And to people who are new to me, I look forward to meeting you!
I come bearing three characters:
- Det. Shaun O'Keefe (![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) faoladh): Loner werewolf, of the Eastern Timber Wolf variety. Boston PD detective, formerly of the NYPD. She lives in South Boston and moved to Boston four years; she's on the down low about being a therianthrope. It can get tricky, but she manages well. During her free time, she plays guitar and sings in whatever bars or other venues allow amateur performers. She also rides a motorcycle, and you had best not touch her bike. Shaun also thinks vampires are despicable parasites and not really any better than criminals, and she blames them for her mate's (the woman who was the werewolf that turned her) suicide after they outed supernaturals to the world.
Plot stuff: She'll probably have worked with some of the SID folks and Claire. At some point, she may decide to at least visually check out what all the "pack" business is about, so there's possibility with Locards.
- Robin Hardy (kickdoutofnest): Human waitress and recovering drug addict. Robin grew up in Connecticut with her adoptive parents and their two older daughters. She was supposed to match the rest of the family as a blonde, but her hair darkened as she got older. And the fact that she liked girls didn't fit into the family's idea of perfection, either, so they kicked her out when she was 17. Life got kind of crazy after that, what with eventually ending up in an abusive relationship with an older woman who supplied her with cocaine, and winding up getting shot in a drug bust. She's working on staying off drugs and getting her GED, but she's really interested in vampires. Which is probably not a healthy choice.
Plot stuff: She'll probably be looking for a tutor for GED stuff, so characters who are in school could have plot on that front. Also, vampires: she's curious, and might look into snagging a second job at Venae Cavea just to ~explore~. Could easily end up as a familiar. ALSO. She may start looking for her birth mother, should anyone decide that they want to play a mid-40s female.
- Fritzi Gerig (viva_weimar): Anarch! German born vampire (mostly on the down-low about her status) turned at the height of Wiemar Germany's decadent Golden Twenties. She really did not appreciate Hitler ruining her fun first in Berlin and then in Paris, so she dressed as a boy and joined the French Resistance. And discovered the joys of making things explode, and the gloriousness that is C4. She came to the States after the war, and thought the 50s were dead boring except for the beginnings of rock 'n' roll. She adores musicals. She's currently working as a performer at Labelle.
Plot stuff: East End anarchs, she wants to party with you! And blow shit up, if you need that sometime. And she and Sophie and Yasmina need to have Vampy Fun Drag Tiems together sometimes.

Hello all! I'm Lauren, and I'm new to the game. I bring to you one character (for now):
Yasmina Lisle immuable is an Anarch vampire from post-WWI era. She has spent a great deal of time traveling with her other half, Sophie (capricious), but she originally hails from Algeria. As far as things that matter in-game, Yasmina is a jack-of-all-trades criminal, who would like to get involved with her fellow criminals in Boston. She's primarily good at computer hacking, dressing up as a boy, and um - speaking random languages all mixed together. Basically, if Sophie is the really impulsive one, Yasmina is her Point Man. She makes the plans, and then she goes with it. She does like guns though, and fancy suits, and if she were human, she'd probably eat really expensive food as well. Alas, the non-life of the dead.
Her info is here. Plotwise, I'd love for her to interact with other Anarchs. She has a great deal of antagonism towards Carnalia, doesn't like therianthropes much (though she isn't sure if Carnalia or therianthropes are worse), and looks forward to inviting humans over to watch SVU before convincing them that she wants to eat them. OH! And her maker is Alistair Garrick, so... fun times because she's not very happy with him!

Hey everybody! It's Jamie again. These are numbers four and five, good lord, I'll try not to ramble too much here.
First is Kira Chen (mircalla), Anarch vampire. She's a night shift barista at a painfully hipster coffee shop called Mudhouse, where they let her have blue hair and visible tattoos. Kira's generally a very fun person to be around, loads of energy, good sense of humor, quick with a sarcastic comment, but she's not the kind of person who really has friends in the sense of people she loves and would go out of her way to help. Just people she likes hanging around with, but could cut loose if they got too irritating. She's pretty selfish, sorry. She's entertaining, though, and she'll sneak you extra shots of espresso if you make her laugh, or if you're a pretty girl. Her full profile is here!
Next is Matt Reeves (safeharbor), jaguar therianthrope and head of security at Labelle. He's a former merchant sailor who spent the better part of two centuries moving from place to place, before getting to Boston and just kind of... staying there. Maybe it had something to do with Nell. Matt's very loyal, very protective of the people close to him, not a violent person by nature but very comfortable with violence if it's necessary, generally the kind of person who's good to have at your back in a fight. He's also a shameless flirt. More on the romantic side than overtly sexual, though, he's kind of an old-fashioned gentleman at heart. He defends Nell's territory as well as her business, so if you fuck with her at any point, you're probably going to have to deal with him. His full profile is here!

Hey everyone! I'm Lina (a new player) and I have just the one to introduce to you all.
Lisette "Lili" Perrault is a French Revolution-era vampire, aligned with the Carnelia seethe. She's sort of light-hearted, silly and absurd with a taste for the fancy and elaborate and a mile-wide violent streak (like a murderous Serena van der Woodsen, to borrow a thing). She just wants everything to be pretty and parties, board games and costumes and then end with humans fighting each other to the death. Yay! She's sort of like a dotty aunt character or something.Presently she works as an event planner & antiques appraiser amongst other things. She loves to plan a good themed cocktail party.

Hi guys! I'm a new player, Cassie, with two characters.
motherlike is Helen Clemens, a vamp from WWII-era. She's pretty no-nonsense and she belongs to the Carnalia seethe. She also has a baby vampire (not really a baby, but a fledgling) that hopefully will be joining soon! She's a financial consultant, which is all very interesting stuff for her but which other people probably find really boring.
and felina is Cherry Martin, a 19-year-old therianthrope (indian leopard) attending college here in Boston. She's a determined, strong-willed girl with a kind of playfulness that comes off as more ferocious and wild than anything else. She's also a bit promiscuous, which she could probably blame on being an ailuranthrope.

Hey guys, this is Holly, Sophie's player, with Number Two. I bring you Agnes Martin. She's a single mom Indian Leopard Therianthrope who claims Roxbury as her territory and is pretty tough about keeping order/watching out for people when she has to be. She has a daughter, felina who is her pride and joy and who she is very protective over. She is an ER Doctor at Boston Medical, and considered an out Therianthrope. She teachers a class in Therianthrope medicine at BU and she also runs a small clinic out of her home for Therianthropes in need of medical attention! She is of French descent by way of India, and has a long, drawn out history, wherein she spent time in India with Bengal Tiger Therianthropes who took her under their wing when she was turned. She loves Tigers because of that and has always felt a special bond with them. She lived quite a while in the Caribbean as well as in New Orleans. She is a single mother, as her daughter's father is out of the picture, and she's friends with Jean Mercier and hopefully some of you! She is something of a cougar and tends to bring young men home for a night occasionally. So plotz plz.

Hello, hello! Hi, I am Lis -- I know some of you, I even recognise some of the characters(!) but some of you I do not know yet and this was largely unintentional and accidental and I am new and this is exciting. xD
I bring you just the one: Tess. She has a lot of last names but the only real one no-one knows. She is a therianthrope, two hundred and fifteen (or thereabouts) and somewhat of a black-widow meshed with con-artist meshed with professional lady of leisure. She's been around the veritable map with a variety of husbands, companions and self-initiated and executed cons on the small scale, for Tess likes pretty things and she likes men buying her pretty things but she equally enjoys acquiring pretty things all by herself. She has conned a lot of people and she is not sorry. She's also very good at what she does -- identities are immaculate, she burns one before acquiring another, etc. She's mercenary, ambitious and greedy with a very well polished veneer of ladylike and old-world lovely over the top and not a single mark of hers would believe you that she wasn't exactly as she said she was. She didn't like being outed, so there's that and her introduction to supernaturals was not the most enjoyable so what was brief disdain (and a little amusement toward vampires it has to be said -- Anne Rice ) has now become something entirely different.
Her husband (latest mark) was murdered. And it looks like it was done therianthrope-style. And his grieving (and suspicious) family are looking for both who killed him and for Tess herself, who promptly ran. She's in Boston -- both to make certain she's left no ties untied to be found by investigations and aggrieved family members and also to find the son of a bitch who set her plans all awry.
So! I have a vague idea of what there's ample space for -- people she's ripped off in the past (no, she is not sorry at all) and people who might have come into contact with her over the centuries, those who might (wittingly or unwittingly!) have information, the therianthrope responsible (if anyone wishes to volunteer in that regard, you would have my soul -- a little dirty, it has to be said but that'll come out in the wash -- in return) and those she'll look to for information. Hi everyone, it's Kat :D I just have one character coming in so this should be nice and quick.
Elisabeth Bergman is a 19 year old Kermode werebear and was turned only a couple of months ago by her creepy ex-boyfriend. She's currently living in a crappy apartment and getting by with a part-time job but things are about to get even worse :/ Which is how she's going to end up at The Hollow! Beth is a little quiet and shy with new people but she's very friendly and sweet and contrary to what people might think at first, is actually a fairly strong individual. She got herself out of an abusive relationship and moved to Boston so she's much tougher than she looks. Around people she knows and is more comfortable with she can be quite affectionate and more open, so she's more likely to joke around and relax. If you manage to upset her then you'll find yourself treated to the cold shoulder because she can be a little ice queen >> She's taken to using internet sites to find out more about therianthropes which is going to turn out to be a very, very bad idea. Plot wise there'll be Hollow folks, she'll definitely be interested in meeting other new shifters or werebears and she'll be on the lookout for a new job soon too :D And that's it!
