[Sometime late in the night while most of the city was fast asleep, an unknown entity, possibly even more than just one, leaves a large holographic image in the middle of the Center Ground light rail station. It reads:]
SEGREGATE THE FREAKS
[When everyone wakes up the following day and turn on their computer systems, there's a message greeting them. It would appear that all systems - civilian, military, government and otherwise - had been hacked into to show this message. It reads:]
Segregate the freaks! They're a danger to the rest of us NORMAL citizens. It's only fair!
