"She knows guys who knows guys who apparently sell weapons to 11 year-olds." Handy as it was of her to have that, people really shouldn't sell weapons to little kids. Who does that?
Victor looked at his bandages. "I'm good for now. When we survive this house of horrors, which BTW, is my last Halloween outing in this town, I can change them out when I get home."
He was exhausted, in every sense of the word. Victor wanted out of this place so they could go home. There had to be a way out. Then Victor had a thought. He walked over to the brick wall that should have been an exit. Next to it was a faux candle light. He grabbed it and turned it.
Surprisingly it opened a wall that revealed a set of stairs that led down. Hopefully to the lobby.
