"Well, I'm sure your wandwork and aim don't need improvement, but it still sounds like good fun nonetheless, eh? If we had some sort of evil administrator, you'd almost have a new Dumbledore's Army," Cal casually brought up the stuff of Hogwarts legend as he'd heard it as a first-year from his mates. "I'm certainly willing to help you out if you want me to, but really I doubt I'm that much better than you all. Skill level kind of maxes out at a certain point, you know? Really, the only thing I've got on you all is more practise."
"No, perhaps not wholly in charge, but if you're working on it, it should be brilliant." Cal furrowed his brow at her attempt at a smile and subsequent apology. "You're not!" he said earnestly. "You just look like you've a lot on your mind."
He rummaged in his pockets for something small to Transfigure and Charm. He'd had an idea and wanted to work at it quickly before he had to dash off to Potions. Fidgeting, he responded to her question. "I don't think so. 'S why I signed up for it. Plus, I'm always an advocate of good healthy competition." He grinned at her.
