Knee digging into the tiny shoulder blade, while the creature shook and trembled silently in pain. Yet her focus was no longer on the elf. He was not about to slip away, for the near placement of Rodolphus’ blade insured one slight move and he would surely be dead. Bellatrix no longer needed to touch him with her hands, luckily enough for her. She remained quiet, watching as Rodolphus skillfully introduced the eerily, alienlike skin of the elf with a name of true magic.

Without a word, Bellatrix knew the manner of his upward glance. A simple smile adorned her lips, as she allotted permission. There was not a need to write it herself, but something far more interesting if it were he who marked their territory. Gaze content on the sight of familiar letters appearing in blood across the beast’s stomach.

When he had finished, she slid to the opposite side. Now sitting directly next to Rodolphus and placed her hand on the butt of the blade. Not removing his from the hilt, however, for it would be an act they would both commit. “Let’s be rid of him.” With an evil smirk and a force of her hand, she had the blade deep inside the creature’s gut.
