Most Ancient and Noble House of Black | bellatrix ([info]noir_pur) wrote in [info]seditio_wayback,

It made them wicked. Wicked in a way that a child's laugh could so easily be twisted into something so frightening. That's precisely what had happened, but neither noticed. No, Bellatrix only found it that much more endearing of her childhood playmate.

Hands folded behind her back, as she surveyed the scene around them. A fair enough clearing in the woods that meant they had decent light, but dense enough that neither Lestrange nor Black household could notice oddities. Her gaze lifted upwards, tilting her back as she stared at the sky. Plucking her wand from beneath her skirt, for already she had devised the perfect holding spot there on her thigh. She would not use it, no, but it was for effect. Gave her that feeling of complete power.

The thing pointed to a patch of leaves that seemed to have more colour, more light than the shadowy area Rodolphus had tackled the beast on. "Move him there." She smirked, waiting until the creature followed its master's orders before she knelt beside him, opposing Rodolphus' position.

"What's your name, beast? Do you know the severity of your crimes?" Oh, dear, so very wicked.
