"That too. It's a helpful little charm." Susan mentioned with a grin. It was some trick that she had be taught during her training. Both a cooling and a heating charm.
"Don't run away to the States next time. Maybe some place a little calmer. A small town in Canada. Or even a cabin in the woods. As a retired Quidditch star, I think those are your options until the new players start causing havoc. Oh! Or maybe get Flint to cause even more chaos." There was something so nice about being able to be slightly silly with an old friend. Someone who knew she could babble on, and who she didn't have to be completely nice to.
"Great! An hour it is." Susan smiled brightly and felt a small blush when he kissed her head. Oh Merlin, she blushed at everything sometimes.
With another wave, Susan dashed off to make her purchases. A few ingredients that where a pain to get a hold of during the summer months, new quills that she needed that helped chart so she didn't always have to write it out herself, and a bit of food for her owl. The one thing she was dreading was picking up her dress for the bloody Gala that was coming up. Mungo's was pretty much forcing her to go. As an old member of the DA and someone who helped fight, they thought it would be a good idea. Other healers would be joining her too, old friends and old school mates. There would be dancing, and that was the one thing that made her completely agree. That and the free food.
It was easy to find the small Cafe, it was a frequent stop after rounds. Ordering a coffee with way too much cream and too much sugar, Susan went in search of Zach.
"I was wondering why they said they were out of scones." Susan slipped into a seat and placed her bags on an empty chair.
