"Hmm," Draco murmured letting his thumb brush Tracey's lower lip after she kissed his hand. "I suppose I'll forgive you."
The work he did was certainly a different sort of hard from hers. His work wasn't physically demanding, and it didn't involve tricky and dangerous spellwork. But it was intellectually challenging, which was one reason he enjoyed his job, even when he was dealing with a particularly difficult case.
At the words 'double life', he shifted uncomfortably behind her. That hit a little close to home. Draco wondered if Tracey would be upset that the whole wizarding world was getting a good gander at parts normally reserved for her, even if they were covered by that slim excuse for underwear. Their relationship was an odd one- neither one of them demanding monogamy, as on and off as they found themselves. Yet since starting this thing with Tracey, Draco hadn't been intimate with anyone else, and he suspected she knew that.
"Capes are out of fashion," he quipped, ignoring the uncomfortable part of her teasing for the sillier bits. "And I already help save the city from crime, in my way. I do put the bad guys away so they don't repeat their naughty behavior."
Draco shifted again, this time moving Tracey with him so he could look her in the face, ending the massage in favor of simply holding her close. It hadn't escaped his attention that she was wearing a dressing gown and little else.
"Yes, really. Perks of the position. And I cannot think of the last time I had a proper holiday. Somewhere exotic and warm with a beautiful and exciting woman at my side sounds like a dream."
His hands roved now, flirting with the fabric belt tied round her slim waist. His mouth hovered above hers as he whispered, "If you were trying to drive me mad, it has worked."
Draco lowered his mouth, kissing her deeply as he pulled loose the tie holding her robe closed.
