Why am I disappointed there are dumb vampires? I shouldn't be surprised, since there's dumb people everywhere. It kind of makes sense.

Ah, now. It's not entirely that. He's Malkavian too. I suspect it's part of his madness though I'd not know how to label it. Unfortunately, kid gloves cannot be used with his kind. I'm going to have to be an absolute prick.
