"Forgive me for saying so, but I'm sort of impressed you tried it yourself rather than just getting me to do it first off." he admitted, and he was - it wasn't a secret that there wasn't much love lost between him and Tom's family, though he could see why. "Alright, I'll start with some basic laps, then we can try some other stuff. You know the guys used to flying aren't going to take it easy up top." he pointed out. They were all used to signature trick moves and so on, and Lucas couldn't see them just sitting on a broom and flying.
He began by doing wide loops of the area at a low speed, then ramped it up to moderate. After a couple of simple loops in the space available, he added in some tighter turns both at a lower speed and then slightly faster.
"It corners a bit slow when you get a bit more speed on, it doesn't quite fight it, but it seems to want to do a gentle curve when you might need more precision!" he called down, hoping that he was being helpful rather than insulting to the craftmanship.
