Re: Scorpius & Blaise
"I could cast a drying spell outside after I wet it and clean it with spells. Magic, remember?" he asked, wiggling his fingers. "I'm not cutting it yet, I've never had truly short hair excepting when I was a baby."
He grinned back. "Well, I don't want to clean either and yet here I am, filthier than a Malfoy house elf would ever dare to be. That has to be adapting," he replied, chuckling. "I'm sure in an hour's time I'll be in a mood again and want to hex everybody but I'm trying."
"So no summoning rabbits?" he teased as he cast a spell. Scorpius would have, under any other circumstance, nipped Blaise's finger when he did that but he didn't fancy the idea of dirt in his mouth. "I don't, do I? I still hadn't decided what to do beyond play both sides for the present. I... Father was unhappy at me rather than grandfather. I wasn't truly sure what to make of that, he's never truly disapproved of anything I've done."
